UK delivery charges

Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £400. Orders of £400 or less carry a £10.00 delivery charge, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Your quotation will show the applicable order value, delivery charge and VAT treatment before you confirm the order. If you need deliveries to more than one address, tell us when enquiring so the arrangements can be agreed.

Artwork setup

Our artwork setup fee is £25.00 as a one-off charge. No artwork setup fee applies to orders over £1,000. Once artwork has been set up and approved, reusing the same unchanged artwork does not incur another setup fee.

If you need new or changed artwork, tell us what has changed so any applicable setup can be confirmed before work begins. Artwork setup is separate from the cost of applying embroidery or print to each garment; decoration charges are included in your quotation.

Delivery timing

Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. We will confirm the expected timing for your specific order, including availability and any artwork approval requirements, before you commit.

If you have an event, new starter date or other deadline, include it in your enquiry. A requested date is not confirmed until we agree it with you.

Personal service, clear agreement

We can review individual requirements and may vary our standard charges or arrangements at our discretion. Any agreed exception applies to the order stated and does not automatically change terms for future orders. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
