Your privacy on DnA
Last updated: 4 November 2026
Business setup in progress: our contact email is live. The operator’s confirmed legal name, postal address and full email processing and retention arrangements must be finalised before full trading launch.
Who is responsible?
DnA Trade Supplies is the name used for this website. Its legal entity and business contact details are being finalised. For enquiries and privacy requests, email [email protected]. Company registration is pending; the legal operator and postal address still need to be confirmed before full trading launch.
What happens to information you enter?
When you submit an enquiry, your contact details, company, requirements, product selections, sizes, colours, quantities, branding instructions and uploaded artwork are transferred over HTTPS to our enquiry service. The service sends the complete enquiry and actual file attachments to [email protected] using Resend. Our mailbox is hosted by Titan through 123 Reg. A separate acknowledgement is sent to your email address. Enquiries are used to respond to your request, not to enrol you in marketing. Returns requests also include the order and issue information you supply. If submission fails, we display an error and keep your details available for retry.
Your product selections and logo files
When you add a product to your enquiry, the site keeps its colour, size, quantity and branding preferences in session storage (dna_enquiry_v1) for this browser tab. It expires after 24 hours without changes or when the tab session ends. Contact form fields are not saved in this selection record.
If you choose a logo file, the file is kept in this browser’s IndexedDB database (dna_enquiry_artwork_v1). Files expire after 24 hours and expired files are removed on your next visit. They are kept on your device until submission. Selected artwork is attached to your enquiry email automatically when you submit successfully. You can remove an item or its logo from your enquiry, or clear this site’s data in your browser. Do not select confidential artwork on a shared device.
If you choose the copy action, your brief is placed on your device’s clipboard where supported. You control where you paste it; your device’s clipboard history or sync settings may retain it. Avoid including sensitive personal information.
Online submission, when enabled
When the direct submission service is enabled, pressing Submit sends your contact details, enquiry brief and selected artwork securely to DnA. Cloudflare processes the form and security checks; Resend processes the emails and attachments sent to our Titan mailbox and sends your acknowledgement. Artwork is not published in a public upload folder. If online sending is unavailable, the site uses the email-app route described above instead.
The service keeps enquiry identifiers, content hashes, timestamps and email-service message identifiers for retry protection. Salted hashes of email addresses and IP addresses help limit spam. Records older than 30 days and expired rate-limit counters are removed when a subsequent new enquiry is processed. Email content remains subject to the sending provider and mailbox retention arrangements, which must be confirmed in the completed launch privacy notice. Acknowledgements relate only to your enquiry and do not subscribe you to marketing.
Technical and hosting information
Requests to load a website necessarily disclose technical information, such as your IP address and requested pages, to its hosting infrastructure. This preview uses a managed website hosting service. Access to a private preview may also involve the hosting platform’s account and security controls, separate from DnA’s form code. Hosting log retention, processing locations and contractual safeguards must be confirmed for the public launch privacy notice.
Cookies and local storage
If you allow analytics in cookie settings, we use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to understand how people use the site. Google processes website usage and device information for analytics. A local storage record remembers your cookie-panel choice for up to six months. Read the cookie policy or .
Links and downloads
Brochures can be downloaded from this site. Following an external source or supplier link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy practices. Product and industry choices may appear in the URL so the next page can prepare a relevant brief; do not put personal or confidential information into a URL.
Your choices and rights
You may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal information, object to processing, and request portability where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. These rights depend on the circumstances and lawful basis. You can raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Right to object: you may object to direct marketing at any time. This preview does not send marketing or automatically enrol anyone in a mailing list.
Before enquiries go live
The launch notice must identify the data controller and privacy contact, purposes and lawful bases, recipients and processors, retention periods, any international transfers and safeguards, and the practical route for exercising your rights. These details cannot be confirmed until the business inbox and processing arrangements are in place.
