What to consider
Tell us how the role involves bending, kneeling or climbing so fabric and fit can be compared. The image shows a representative cargo silhouette.
Sizes, specification and quantities
Share the size breakdown, quantities and any required performance. Exact product details and suitability are confirmed before you commit.
Delivery, artwork & returns
Free UK delivery on orders over £400; £10.00 on orders of £400 or less. One-off artwork setup is £25.00, waived on orders over £1,000. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Any variation is confirmed in your quotation.
Explain where extra movement matters: for example, regular bending, climbing or kneeling. That helps compare fit and fabric construction rather than choosing on the word stretch alone. Include waist and leg measurements, pocket preferences and whether the trousers need to coordinate with existing workwear. Any protective requirement should be specified separately.
Fit, pockets and fabric
Compare the final waist arrangement, leg shape, pocket layout and fabric composition with the work involved. Include any laundering requirement and whether the garment needs to coordinate with a jacket or top. Features shown in an illustration are not a substitute for the selected product specification.
Sizes, fit and quantities
Provide waist and inside-leg measurements where relevant, with quantities for each combination. Include preferred fit and any footwear worn with the garment. The final size chart and available lengths must be checked for the chosen model before an order is agreed.
Branding and artwork
Where decoration is wanted, provide the logo and proposed position. A small mark near a pocket needs a different assessment from a large graphic. Placement depends on seams, pockets and the final garment, so ask about suitability before setting the design size.
