A V-neck layer leaves room to show a collar or tie, so consider the whole uniform when choosing the neckline. Give the preferred warmth and fabric feel alongside the washing routine. Small embroidery may need reviewing against the knit; send the actual logo so fine lettering can be discussed before a sample or artwork is approved.
A coordinated professional uniform
Compare cut, fastening, neckline or collar details with the rest of your dress code. Fabric feel, laundering and how the garment is worn throughout the day should be part of the discussion. When combining styles, ask for the final colours to be checked across the chosen products.
Sizes, fit and quantities
Use the selected manufacturer measurements and give the preferred cut as well as a size label. Include collar, sleeve or leg measurements where applicable. Separate regular and shaped fits in the breakdown so different requirements remain clear.
Branding and artwork
Discreet chest or other suitable branding can be discussed with the actual artwork. Knits, collars, pockets and seams affect placement. Give the look you want and let us confirm a suitable method for the selected fabric rather than assuming one method fits the whole uniform.
